So excited to finally be able to offer you this fun and educational family-friendly e-learning health course! Six classes include: Veggies & Fruits, Brainy Breakfasts, Skinny on Fats, Power up with Protein, The Skinny on Fat, and Water and Fiber. Each self-paced module covers the four pillars of health: Lifestyle, Exercise (play), Attitude, and Nutrition, includes a video lesson (approx.. 30 min), downloadable worksheets / tools, and discussion forum to enhance you and your family's learning experience.  Limited to 20 participants per course for optimal coach & participant engagement.
